THE BANTU BABES STORE POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS
For damaged items, we offer exchange only. Please contact us
immediately about a damaged item. In order for us to file a claim with the shipping company - you mist capture an image of the damaged item and send it to us within 3 days of receiving the package.
PLACING WRONG ORDERS
If you ordered the wrong item we are unable to offer a refund. Please contact us so we can render any other possible solution such as making an exchange which is not always feasible depending on the type of product you purchased.
WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED
If you received a different product other than what is stated on your pruchase confirmation Bantu Babes will ship you the right item and send you a shipping label to return the wrong back to our facility.
CANCELLING CONFIRMED ORDERS
Orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the above policies in the case of ordering the wring item or receiving damaged goods.

Bantu Babes is not responsible for shipping delays, nor lost/stolen packages.
You will be provided with a tracking number once your product has been picked up or scheduled with the shipping carrier.

Q: How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
A: Your purchase is process within 2 weeks. Processing includes preparing your items, scheduling shipping for your purchases, and also includes additional processing time from the shipping carrier.
Q: How do I track my purchase?
A: You will receive an order confirmation after making your purchase only.
You will then receive an email after your item has been picked up by the carrier which will include a shipping number for tracking purchases.
Your tracking information may be unavailable up to 24hrs after placing your order.
Bantu Babes is not responsible for providing you with regular updates after your purchase has been picked up from the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number and contact the carrier with delivery inquiries that you may have.
